Our warehouse is located centrally in Indianapolis, Indiana. This allows timely delivery regardless of the ship to location within the U.S.
Yes we do. We utilize both the US Postal Service and UPS when shipping internationally. Please contact us for quotes for larger shipments.
It depends on the item and your selection. We currently use UPS for all heavier orders. Smaller orders can ship via the USPS or UPS based on your selection. We also have several contracts in place with commercial carriers and are able to ship LTL at very competitive prices.
Yes we will. These options are available at the checkout screen. Please remember we normally require a 1 day handling time if you order through the site. If you have a critical need to get an order shipped out the same day, please call us at 1.800.926.7241 or 1.317.898.4229.
We are in EST. Please contact us no later than 3:00 pm EST to have an overnight order go out that day. We can't guarantee we will be able to get it out, but we will make every effort to do so.
Yes we accept returns - please refer to the return policy page located within this site. NO, we do not have restocking fees.
We are still a fairly young company that is gaining new clients daily. We import most of our product offerings which normally requires a 90 day leadtime. We have detailed projection modules, which we are constantly updating, but due to our rapid client growth, it is difficult to accurately project future inventory needs. We are committed to continually improving this process and keeping our out of stock products to a minimum.
We currently include "blind" packing lists with all orders. These packing lists currently only have your customers shipping information and a description of the product ordered. There is no pricing, nor a return address or any reference whatsoever to Brybelly Holdings. The return label on the package will indicate "shipping department". If you want your packing list more personalized, we offer a custom option for you to upload your own logo/contact info and personal notes!
Yes you will. If you order ships via UPS, you will receive an email directly from UPS with your tracking number. All USPS shipments within the U.S. ship with a delivery confirmation at no additional cost. This confirmation number will be sent to you via email at the time the order ships.
